OGM aims to create and supply, “work ready” trainees who meet immediate industry requirements in India and worldwide. OGM was established in Perth, Australia in April 2012. Significant work was undertaken to introduce, establish and develop pathways for Australian training with requirements matched to meet the workforce shortfalls of global resource, construction and energy industries. OGM has achieved a job placement rating above 90% for all trainees successfully completing OGM programs.

About the project : The Jazan IGCC gasification contract is a major project commencing from February 2015 through to the last quarter of 2017 and with an anticipated peak workforce requirement of 11,000. There will be significant recruitment opportunities for skilled worker graduates of OGM for this project and others from 2015 in the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait.
